Integrous Family Care is currently in Network with Medicare Insurance.

Integrous Family Care, PLLC participates with many insurance plans available in North Carolina. We also offer discounted rates for self-pay patients. As a courtesy, we bill patient’s medical insurance carrier for services we provide. We will be diligent in making sure the insurance is filed accurately and promptly.

Patients should become familiar with all the terms of their insurance plan and make sure they comply with them. It is the patient’s responsibility to make sure that Integrous Family Care, PLLC and Sabrina McCluskey, MSN, FNP-C are in network with their insurance company prior to an appointment or the patient will be responsible for the cost of the visit. Any questions about insurance, you should direct them to your plan’s Member Services Department. (The telephone number is usually on your insurance card.)
